Manifolding
This manifold is used on a Residual Gas Analyzer. It was fabricated to trap precise volumes of gas between valves for testing.

Manifolding
This Leak Detection Test Station Manifold has metal seals at all stations and is used daily by our customer. It was fabricated using a 3" tube for the main body with 3/4" vertical test stations. Leak check was done at a level of <1x10-11 Torr.

Weldment
This vessel is used for Ion Implantation. It is water cooled and measures 30 in. x 30 in. x 30 in. square. The large port on the side is a 16 in. Con-Flat. It has a full opening door sealed with a Viton o-ring gasket. This vessel was mechanically polished leak checked at <1x10-9 Torr prior to shipment.

This baseplate is used on a Bell Jar Type Coating System. It was fabricated from stainless steel to customer specifications.

Weldment
This adapter was fabricated to increase pump size for longer process runs. It adapted a CTI CT-8 Cryo-Pump to a system that previously used a small diffusion pump.
