Dual Electron-Beam Evaporator. This system can be operated as a single/individual layer coater or as a dual/simultaneous coater. The system has a computer interface with which the operator can select stored recipes and change the parameters if necessary. All data from the run is stored on the hard drive for future evaluation utilizing a word processing program. The process can be run in auto and manual mode, with the option of the system paging an operator or technician if it is to be run in auto for extended periods of time. All safety interlocks are active during both modes of operation.

Vacuum Heat Treating Furnace system has an 8"x8"x20" hot zone that reaches temperatures of 3000 deg. F. It is also equipped with a rapid quench in inert gas system allowing it to cool parts at 30 deg. F per second. The base pressure is 1x10-7 Torr in thirty minutes utilizing a Varian 16" diffusion pump. multiple safety interlocks assist in preventing operator injury and process / component contamination. Fabrication of similar systems with larger or smaller hot zones is available to meet various requirements.

High Conductance LN2 Cold Trap is designed to allow as much throughput as possible while minimizing backstreaming. It's all stainless steel construction and optional automatic level control ensure top performance and longevity.

This Poppet Valve can be fabricated with or without water tracing. Sizes range from 6" diameter to 48" diameter. Bodies can be fabricated using Stainless Steel or Aluminum. The air operated cylinder allows a close on power failure option to protect against hi-vac pump dumping and process contamination.
