Dual Door Horizontal Chamber (right). 24" wide x 18" tall x 30" long fabricated on a non-removable stainless steel stand and was leak checked to < 1x10-9 prior to shipment to our customer.

Single Door Vertical Box Chamber (left). 18" wide x 18" deep x 24" tall. This unit was fabricated to our customers prints and has leg brackets to allow the chamber to be frame mounted. It has water cooling channel to assist in removing residual process heat. Leak checked to < 1x10-9 Torr.

This vessel was fabricated for use as a Drying Oven. It is natural gas fired and has the capacity to hold items up to 20,000 lbs. The working area is 84 in. dia. x 72 in. high. It is mechanically pumped only utilizing a Kinney Liquid Ring rotary pump. The cover is actuated hydraulically with a hydraulic counterweight system to maintain cover speed throught the travel.

This Chamber is fabricated from stainless steel and is used in the R & D field. Leak check was performed at <1x10-9. It was fabricated to our customers blueprints and electropolished prior to shipping.
